Overview

Shore Net LLC offers a 20-day refund window for marketing consulting services purchased from shorenet.pro. Refund requests submitted more than 20 days after service initiation are ineligible for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your request must:
  • Be submitted within 20 days of the service start date.
  • Include evidence that the service has not exceeded 30% completion (per the scope outlined in your service agreement).
  • Be accompanied by a valid service agreement or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services:
  • Services completed beyond 30% of the agreed scope (e.g., fully implemented campaigns, finalized strategy reports).
  • One-time deliverables (e.g., SEO audits, logo designs) that have been delivered and approved.
  • Custom projects with client-approved milestones passed the 30% mark.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (up to 40% of the service fee) may be granted for:
  • Services completed between 31%–50% of the agreed scope, at our discretion.
  • Requests submitted 21–25 days after service initiation, with valid reasons for delay.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email consult@shorenet.pro within 20 days, including your service agreement number, details of the service, and reason for refund.
  2. Return of Materials: If applicable (e.g., draft reports, partial designs), send all delivered service materials to:

  3. Review & Approval: We will review your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 days to your original payment method.

Service Adjustments

For services not meeting the agreed scope but not eligible for a refund, we offer complimentary revisions to align with the service agreement (valid within 10 days of deliverable receipt).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:
  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement (processing may take 3–5 business days).
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank for posting delays.
  3. If issues persist, email consult@shorenet.pro with your refund reference number.

Sale/Promotional Services

Services purchased at a discounted rate (marked “Promo” or “Sale”) are eligible for refunds only if canceled within 10 days of initiation and not yet started.
