Applicability

This policy applies to physical deliverables associated with our marketing services (e.g., printed strategy reports, branded merchandise, USB drives with campaign assets). Digital services (e.g., SEO audits, social media management) are delivered electronically and not subject to shipping.

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Physical deliverables are prepared within 3–5 business days after service completion.
  • Shipping Method: Standard USPS Priority Mail (domestic U.S.) with tracking.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Physical deliverables are shipped at no additional cost for orders over $500. For orders under $500, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship physical deliverables to all 50 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • International shipping is available upon request; contact us for custom quotes and timelines.

Tracking & Notifications

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your physical deliverable ships. You can use this number to monitor delivery status via USPS tracking.

Lost or Damaged Deliverables

  • Lost Packages: If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist with carrier investigations and arrange a replacement if necessary.
  • Damaged Items: Report damaged deliverables within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the item and packaging. We will issue a replacement at no cost.

Address Changes

Request address corrections within 24 hours of service completion. Changes after this period may result in delays or reshipping fees.
